Marey's Law.
Marey's law state that heart rate inversely with the arterial blood pressure.Accordingly, a rise in the blood pressure will slow the heart rate.
It's start by the stimulation of the arterial baroreceptors in the carotid sinus and aortic arch.
There also exist a syndrome related with this Marey's law, patient who suffer with the carotid sinus syndrome *the carotid sinus is abnormally hypersensitive will lead to bradycardia and hypotension.
It happens when there is a slight pressure for example tight collar or during shaving.
The patient will suddenly faiting or dizziness due to cerebral ischemia.
satu lagi yang boleh dikongsi ialah Cushing Reflex.
"Rise of the intercranial pressure lead to elevation of the blood pressure and bradycardia. The rise of the intercranial pressure will lead to brain ischemia and result in hypoxia and pCO2 will increase stimulate the vasomotor centre leading to increase of arterial blood flow.
